We are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer for our autonomous mission systems at our land division in ELTA!
What Will You Do:
- Lead the system engineering effort for an innovative multi-domain project integrating UGVs, UAVs, and autonomous mission systems
- Manage full system lifecycle: from requirement definition to operational delivery
- Guide a matrixed team of system engineers
- Lead model-based design processes, design reviews, IPTs, and field experiments
- Serve as technical interface to internal stakeholders and customers
What are We looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering – required
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – a strong plus
- 7+ years of experience in system engineering across domains such as radar, EO/IR, COMINT, or weapon systems – required
- 5+ years of experience with System-of-Systems (SoS) architecture involving C4I, multi-sensor integration, and communication – required
- High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written) – required
- Experience with system modeling tools (e.g., SysML, MBSE) – advantage
