Senior Data Engineer

Location: Onsite / Hybrid

Tech Stack: Databricks, Python, SQL, AWS, GCP

Milestone is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and manage the core data infrastructure that powers our analytics and AI insights. You’ll go beyond traditional pipeline work — designing systems that unify data from diverse environments and enable scalable, high-quality analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable architectures
• Work across cloud and internal systems to develop seamless data integrations
• Build and optimize data models supporting analytics, reporting, and ML workloads
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance at scale
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver data-driven features

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data systems (Databricks, Spark, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
• Ability to architect, optimize, and troubleshoot multi-environment data flows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
