Senior Software Engineer (AI & LLMs)

We’re a fast-growing InsurTech startup on a mission to transform the insurance industry through AI-driven automation and fraud detection.

Our platform combines Voice AI, LLMs, and real-time Fraud Intelligence to help enterprise insurance teams automate operations, detect anomalies, and make smarter decisions — all in real time.

We’re now expanding and looking for a Senior AI / Data Science Engineer to join our core technology team under the CTO.

About the Role:

• Own and deliver production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients (SaaS & On-Prem).
• Develop and deploy LLMs and speech models in real-world environments.
• Work in Python, leveraging libraries like Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Deploy on GCP using Docker & Kubernetes (prior experience helpful but not mandatory).
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams.
• Lead tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience leading or owning production software projects.
• Strong Python development skills and data workflows experience.
• Familiarity with ML model deployment (ideally PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, VLLM, etc.).
• Experience (or readiness to learn) with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong sense of ownership, communication, and teamwork.
