A global technology company that develops smart manufacturing and digital transformation solutions for industrial production is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who will architect and execute a future-ready people strategy that accelerates our transformation from a high-potential technology business into a global market leader. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization, attracting world-class talent, embedding a high-performance culture, and serving as a strategic bridge between global HR frameworks and local business goals. This position will report directly to the CHRO in the US with a dotted line to the GM.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership G Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the GM and CHRO.
- Translate ambitious business milestones into integrated HR and organizational initiatives.
- Align the company’s unique growth trajectory with enterprise-wide HR architecture, compliance standards, and talent governance.
- Act as a change leader, driving organizational agility, transformation programs, and cultural alignment.
- Talent Acquisition G Workforce Scaling
- Design and lead a global talent acquisition strategy to support rapid scaling, particularly in technology domains (AI, engineering, product).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines in competitive markets, positioning the company as a destination brand for top-tier talent.
- Oversee global recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure seamless integration across geographies.
- Talent ManagementG Leadership Development
- Champion leadership development and succession planning to ensure a sustainable leadership bench.
- Embed systems that cultivate accountability, innovation, inclusion, and continuous performance improvement.
- Partner with executives to coach, mentor, and enable leaders across the organization.
- People Operations, Policies G Compliance
- Establish and optimize HR infrastructure, systems, and scalable processes to support global operations.
- Ensure compliance with Israeli labor law and international HR standards.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and market benchmarks.
- Culture, Engagement G Employee Experience
- Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and inclusion that drives retention and high performance.
- Implement programs to increase employee satisfaction and well-being, including global engagement initiatives.
- Lead DEI, career development, and organizational design initiatives.
Candidate Profile Required Experience
- 15+ years in senior HR leadership roles, with proven success in scaling organizations from growth-stage to enterprise.
- Track record in global HR leadership, with experience managing teams across multiple regions(Israel, US, Europe, APAC).
- Demonstrated success in technology-driven environments (AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related sectors).
- Strong expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and HR operations.
- Deep knowledge of Israeli labor law and experience in international workforce management.
