Role Description

• Provide legal support for large-scale real estate financing and investment transactions.
• Lead and negotiate complex financing and real estate agreements with top players in the market.
• Advise senior management and business units on legal and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Israel.
• 5 years experience in banking and finance law, with proven expertise in real estate finance - mandatory.
• Strong experience in transaction structuring, negotiation, and drafting of complex financing agreements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
