Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement of goods and services necessary for hotel operations, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory levels, tracking purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring alignment with organizational budgets and standards. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, including inventory management and cost control
• Familiarity with purchasing software and systems (Priority, Marketman an advantage)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury operations, is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant language(s) and a commitment to maintaining on-site availability
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
