Hardware Development Tech Lead

A successful company that develops, manufactures, and markets advanced cloud-based security systems for homes and businesses.

The role includes direct management of a team of four (an integrator, RF engineer, and board designer) and approximately 50% hands-on work in designing analog and digital circuits.

The team is based in Rishon Lezion, operating a hybrid model that includes one work-from-home day. The company employs around 400 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage work plans, ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on defining and specifying new products.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies for product integration.
• Develop infrastructure for knowledge management and technical documentation.
• Support the professional growth of the hardware team.
• Design electronic circuits (analog and digital).
• Manage tech projects and ensure their quality from the hardware perspective.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware-software integrated product development.
• Advantage: Background in physics or electro-optics.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams (Israel and Bulgaria).
