We’re Hiring a Co-Founder & CTO (Mobile Expert)

Location: Tel Aviv / Remote

Commitment: Part-time → Full-time after funding

Compensation: A significant amount of equity will be given before the Pre-Seed round, and after the round (we are going to the round in 3-4 weeks) a salary will be added.

Next2Me is an early stage B2B2C startup that has already completed a very successful initial validation, with both end users and business partners showing very strong traction on both sides of the market. We have signed pilot agreements with a group of businesses and are on the road to launch.

Our vision is to revolutionize how people connect and build genuine relationships through a mobile-first platform that bridges the gap between real-world interactions and great technology.

Our partnerships with businesses all over the world exist to provide our clients with a wide range of opportunities to create meaningful and productive communication.

We’re now preparing for our Pre-Seed fundraising round within this month, and we’re looking for a Co-Founder & CTO who can do several tasks as a part-time job until Pre Seed recruitment like create a financial plan for the technological aspect, Refine and improve the existing MVP according to personal ability and schedule, and join the CEO in meetings with investors to begin this exciting journey together as a strong and unified team. After the recruitment you will take ownership of the technology and lead the next product iteration.

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and development of our mobile app (from MVP to scalable product).
• Refine and improve the existing MVP.
• Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for investor meetings and the upcoming Pre-Seed raise.
• Develop the financial and technical roadmap together with the CEO.
• Build and lead the future engineering team as we grow.

• Proven experience as CTO, Lead Developer, or Senior Mobile Engineer, ideally in startups.
• Deep expertise in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).
• Understanding of product architecture, cloud environments (Firebase, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to work in an early-stage startup.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytics & Tracking: Integration of tracking systems (Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude) to measure usage and traction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Background in B2B2C companies
• Experience with fundraising, pitch decks, or working directly with investors.
