Backend team lead

The team includes 100 employees, mostly based in Israel, forming the core R&D center. Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company offers hybrid work.

The Role: Lead a team of 4 developers, with a 50% hands-on focus. Development is in Go, within a GCP environment using Kubernetes & Helm, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

Requirements:

• 7 years of software development experience, with expertise in at least one of the following: Golang, C#
• 2 years of experience leading a team or mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with secure coding practices and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
