Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at our customer's office in Ramat Gan.

 We are seeking a System Engineer with a broad systemic perspective, deep understanding of development and infrastructure domains, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. The role includes full responsibility for the design, specification, and end-to-end leadership of system solutions, working closely with customers, product managers, development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system solutions according to business and technological requirements – including detailed technical specifications (SRS, HLD, LLD).
• Provide technical leadership for diverse projects, including integration planning, software architecture, and infrastructure solutions.
• Analyze gaps between existing systems and new requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Write high-quality technical documentation for development, DevOps, QA, and support teams.
• Support development and operations teams throughout the system lifecycle – from specification, through implementation, to post-production.
• Design integration interfaces between internal and external systems (B2B, API).
• Contribute to the overall architecture design of the system.
• Work regularly with documentation, visualization, and diagramming tools – UML, Data Flow, Sequence Diagrams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer / Solution Architect / Pre- or Post-Sales Engineer.
• Broad technical understanding in infrastructure domains: servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), networks, and databases.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and precise solutions and specification documents.
• Ability to work with business customers – including clear technical writing and managing discussions with stakeholders.

Advantages:

• Experience designing cloud solutions (AWS) – including IAM, networking, storage, and managed database services.
• Proven experience in projects involving multiple interfaces and complex systems (Legacy + Modern).
• Background in software development (Full Stack / Backend / Scripts) – a strong advantage for understanding processes and integrations.
• Experience writing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, BPMN.
• High-level proficiency in technical English (reading and writing).
