🔐 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end security controls across the AI/ML pipeline — from data ingestion and model training to deployment and production.
• Develop reference architectures for secure AI deployments, including modern multi-agent and distributed AI systems.
• Integrate access control, monitoring, and governance for models, datasets, and feature stores (RBAC/ABAC).
• Build AI-driven security tooling to automate incident response, vulnerability management, and third-party risk detection.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to embed security best practices into model training, validation, and production workflows.
• Conduct AI-specific threat modelling — assessing risks like data poisoning, model evasion, and extraction attacks.
• Continuously research and evolve protection strategies aligned with the latest developments in adversarial AI and trustworthy ML.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 1 year focusing on AI/ML systems.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, its risks, and evolving threat vectors (adversarial ML, prompt injection, model inversion, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in Python or Go — plus familiarity with containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data protection techniques (encryption, masking, tokenization).
• Solid grounding in application security architecture and secure development principles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or equivalent are desirable.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
