Mobile Engineer

A startup in the FinTech sector, developing smart, simple, and accessible investment applications that allow users to invest directly from their mobile phones, with no fees and no minimum investment.

Development is done in React Native.

The team is based in Herzliya, currently operating a hybrid model with three work-from-home days, with a potential shift to two days from home in the future.

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on development experience with React Native – required
• Experience and knowledge with the mobile app life cycle - including: Development, QA and debugging tools, performance profiling and Store deployment (Android & iOS) - required
• Firm grasp of REST APIs and 3rd party dependencies - required
• Deep understanding of mobile development concepts such as state management, navigation, RN thread model etc.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines – required
• Experience with real-time data integration for systems utilizing WebSockets Subscriptions
• Advantage for those with affinity to Fintech in large-scale environments, and/or experience with B2C large scale apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required
