Project Manager - Fintech Operations & Enablement (Temporary, ~6 months), Herzliya, Hybrid

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Project Manager to support the company’s rapid growth across operations and partner enablement. This temporary position will last approximately six months as a maternity leave replacement, starting by the end of November.

This hybrid role blends classic project management with hands-on ownership of technical documentation, workflow automation, and product design support.

You’ll lead cross-functional projects, manage complex internal and partner-facing processes, and directly contribute to scaling our infrastructure through tools, documentation, and product enhancements. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and third-party partners to ensure that everything we build is scalable, compliant, and clear.

• Project & Program Management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution of operations.
• Technical Writing
• Own and maintain partner-facing and internal technical documentation, turning complex systems and workflows into clear, structured guides.
• Product Design Support
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design new features using the existing design system, translating business needs into intuitive user flows.
• Workflow Automation
• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards in Retool to streamline operational processes and reduce manual work.
• Compliance & Operational Readiness
• Coordinate audit and certification efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS) by managing documentation, internal processes, and third-party assessments.

• 5+ years in project or program management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated tech environment.
• Experience managing documentation and cross-functional initiatives involving technical, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills, particularly for technical audiences.
• Proficient in tools like Retool, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and technical documentation platforms (e.g., ReadMe or GitHub).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, UX/UI design principles, and internal tooling.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and their operational impact.
