Product Analyst

Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps.

We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea.

We assist with their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts, providing data-driven insights based on our predictive models. These models process over 4 million transactions per second and utilize more than 70 data points.

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our product team in our HQ at the Science Park of Rehovot (work model of 1 day from home after training).

You'll analyze huge datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that directly impact product decisions. You'll work closely with our R&D team to build BI dashboards and internal tools that make complex data accessible and actionable across the organization.

You'll also work on the integration side with supply partners on the OpenRTB protocol.

The ideal candidate is someone curious who excels at spotting patterns and connecting the dots, can dive deep into large-scale, high-velocity data sets of conversion funnels, attribution data, and user behavior patterns to drive measurable improvements in our products.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous, precise working style
• 2+ years as a product analyst working with very large-scale/ high-velocity data
• Strong SQL skills
• Python skills - an advantage, comfort using LLMs for analysis and scaling work when needed
• Experience with B2B/B2C products
• Mobile marketing or gaming experience - an advantage
• Fluent English for daily communication with the global team
