We are seeking a C++ Development Team Lead.
The role includes managing a development team of approximately 10 employees and leading end-to-end development processes.
Responsibilities:
• Managing, planning, developing, implementing, and operating critical 24/7 systems
• Overseeing version management, approving specifications and architecture
• Leading cross-organizational work interfaces
• Working in a development environment based on C++ and Java
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• At least 3 years of proven managerial experience leading large and diverse development teams
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technological projects
• Experience working with Mission Critical systems – a significant advantage
