Project Manager & Systems Analyst – Core Systems

A leading logistics organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join its Information Systems division. This role plays a key part in driving critical projects and enhancements across the company’s core operational systems that support supply-chain and logistics activities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, requirements analysis, and system solution design for core applications used across logistics operations. The position involves working closely with internal departments, external partners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, system changes, and process improvements for core operational systems
• Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Gather and document user requirements for system updates and new functionalities
• Conduct system analysis and collaborate with implementation teams to design effective solutions
• Support development teams during the build phase and provide guidance on functional requirements
• Coordinate and execute acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for deployment
• Conduct user training sessions and support go-live activities
• Work with cross-functional internal teams and external technology partners to ensure smooth integration between internal and external systems
• Monitor project performance, ensure adherence to methodology, and meet SLA commitments

• Meeting project timelines, quality standards, and delivery methodologies
• Successfully implementing system enhancements that improve business processes
• Achieving departmental and personal KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including:
• ~2 years working with logistics systems
• ~2 years working on interface development or integration projects
• Strong analytical skills and experience writing functional requirements
• High proficiency in SQL
• Strong orientation toward software development processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• High-level English (written and spoken)

Technologies & Domains

• Experience with core operational systems (e.g., WMS, supply-chain platforms such as SCExpert or similar)
• Working with integrations, APIs, and cross-system workflows

Full-time position based in the Central district (Israel).
