Software Engineer - Graduate

We’re looking for a Software Engineer - Graduate who’s passionate about building scalable and efficient systems. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy graduate eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop the core components of the platform, enhance system performance, and help deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Anecdotes is a dynamic B-round startup founded in June 2020 that is revolutionizing the Compliance Automation landscape for enterprise companies. The company operates on the belief that credible, visible, and actionable data should empower every GRC team’s decision-making. Anecdotes enables enterprises to seamlessly collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, providing continuous, real-time visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

What You'll Do:

• Develop real products from day one, taking ownership of production-grade features end to end.
• Use AI to create smarter, data-driven solutions that solve meaningful problems and impact real customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customer success teams to turn ideas into reality.
• Learn fast, make an impact, and help shape the future direction of a fast-moving startup.
  
  

• Full-time availability, must have already graduated - start date - mid December
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Demonstrated tech-savviness and curiosity for new tools.
• Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Experience with complex data environments, cyber-security, or large-scale systems.
• Previous student positions or internships in tech companies.
• Second degree (MSc/MA) in a relevant field.
• AI-related pet projects.
