Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management (KEM) team during a four-month contract period. This role will focus on enterprise policy updates, knowledge article publishing, and operational support to ensure seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge Article Management

* Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence and multiple Salesforce orgs (Org62, Legal Ops, Peopleforce, Supportforce)

* Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes

* Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives

* Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures

Policy & Documentation Support

* Assist with enterprise policy management, updates and publication in Confluence

* Assist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reviews and updates

Administrative & Project Support

* Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements

* Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates

* Submit regular status reports on progress

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

* 3-5 years experience in knowledge management/operations, legal operations, or similar field

* Strong project coordination and administrative skills

* Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

* Strong written communication skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

* Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management

* Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation

* Background in policy management

* Knowledge of AI/agent content preparation
