Digital Product Manager

Position: Digital Product Manager/Product owner

Location: Torrance California (Onsite)

Job description:

You own responsibilities across the entire software development life cycle -- product design, development, test, launch, warranty. You adhere high standards of quality, cost and delivery.

· Projects, medium to large new sets of features

· Operations, such as maintenance and incident management.

You may oversee product analysts, aka business analysts. You are comfortable leading a portion of our team with Dev, Test, Marketing, UX, business operations, SOX / compliance / legal and other stakeholders. For example, you and your analyst(s) will:

· aid prioritization

· capture requirements and acceptance criteria,

· Groom, aid sizing, resource plan

· aid UX design

· design business processes

· prepare, perform and support testing (interoperability, user acceptance, accessibility, other testing)

· assist field training

· craft customer / field / stakeholder communications

· demo

· launch

· maintain (tech debt, release management, vendor management, platform management)

· manage incidents, triage

· You are a fast learner who is / must soon become a subject matter expert on payment flows, business rules, account conditions, customer personas, etc.
