Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst or Associate with strong financial modeling expertise and prior experience supporting transaction execution. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, contribute to high-profile deals, and gain hands-on client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, comps, etc.)
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, and marketing decks
• Conduct industry research and support due diligence processes
• Assist in capital raises, project finance, and M&A transactions
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the deal cycle
• Travel occasionally (approximately 10%)

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or corporate finance
• Background in energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills (modeling test required)
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (CapIQ, Pitchbook, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday with flexibility for extended hours or occasional remote work
