Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operator for a leading financial organization in Central Israel

Role Overview:

A shift-based position (24/6) responsible for monitoring and controlling enterprise IT systems. The role includes detecting and analyzing system alerts, identifying root causes, escalating to the appropriate teams, managing incidents end-to-end, and providing ongoing updates to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems and identify faults in real time.
• Analyze alert severity and understand operational implications.
• Resolve issues or route them to relevant technical teams.
• Produce status updates and reports for customers and technology units.
• Oversee incidents from initial detection through final resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or System teams.
• Background working in a large organization with hundreds of users.
• Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience with AS400 – advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as BMC Helix or Entuity – advantage.
