Job Brief

As part of the mission to expand our impact, we’re looking for a Product Director to lead the continued evolution of the Nerivio app and future digital health products, shaping how users discover, understand, and engage with their treatment.

This is a strategic product management role accountable for defining and optimizing the Nerivio app experience to improve activation, adherence, and lifetime value. You’ll partner across teams to ensure the app delivers a seamless, clinically credible, and user-centered experience that drives real health and business outcomes.

Responsibilities & Authorities

• Own the full product lifecycle for the Nerivio app, from user discovery to delivery, iteration, and growth.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap around user impact, business goals, and clinical outcomes.
• Discover and validate user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, usability tests, interviews, surveys, and analytics deep dives. Turn insights into features that simplify treatment, increase adherence, and drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retention, R&D, Design, Clinical, and Data Science to deliver high-quality, user-centric product experiences.
• Lead with metrics: define success KPIs, analyze adoption and retention, and continuously refine direction based on impact.
• Integrate AI into the user experience:

Develop AI-powered personalization that predicts engagement and tailors’ treatment support.

Build AI-assisted guidance for proactive, empathetic user education and real-time help.

• Foster a high-performance product culture grounded in data, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have

• 7+ years of experience in B2C/end-user-facing product management, ideally in mobile-first, mobile-app, or digital health.
• B.Sc. in relevant field.
• Proven record of shipping features that drive user engagement, retention, and measurable growth.
• Skilled in data-informed decision-making and comfortable with analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and behavioral product design.
• A natural storyteller and collaborator, fluent across tech, business, and design teams.
• Driven by impact and innovation and excited by the idea of changing people’s health journeys through technology.
• Native-level English and exceptional communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health-tech, wellness, or habit-formation products.
• Familiarity with AI, personalization, or machine-learning-driven UX.
