We are a global company specializing in creating innovative products. We are seeking a highly proactive and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of the company’s owners, both personally and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and manage urgent matters and last-minute changes with ease, anticipate needs proactively, and maintain a high level of discretion. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and reliability are essential, have experience working in a global environment, communicate in English daily, and be comfortable with diverse cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the owner, ensuring all personal matters are handled efficiently and discreetly.
- coordinating and managing personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, activities, etc.
- Liaise with external service providers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, etc.
- Oversee property-related matters, including lease agreements, payments, and coordination with property management and service providers.
- Manage and supervise the office manager, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably from global companies
- High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal (native or near-native level) – a must
- Background in operations, administration, or project coordination – an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility and availability beyond standard working hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (and preferably project management tools).
