In This Role You'll

• Own end-to-end product strategy, from vision to execution, ensuring alignment with Lemonade's growth objectives
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering a growth mindset and high-performance culture
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with different teams in Lemonade to unlock synergies and accelerate product velocity
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and champion product decisions that balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Use data and AI insights to inform strategic product decisions and measure success across key growth metrics
• Shape the future of insurance by leveraging Lemonade's AI-first approach to create delightful, instant customer experiences
  
  

• 5-10 years of product management experience with proven track record in growth-focused B2C environments
• Strategic product leadership experience, including end-to-end strategy development and execution in fast-scaling startups
• Outstanding leadership skills with experience managing and developing product management teams through complex, ambiguous situations
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and market dynamics into actionable product strategies
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams in high-velocity, tech-forward companies
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
