The Sr. Creative, Project Manager is responsible for driving seamless execution across creative, digital, and brand initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall brand strategy by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams.

Acting as the central hub between the Brand Studio and teams such as marketing, operations, and commercialization, this position translates needs in both directions to keep workstreams aligned and moving efficiently. The Project Manager oversees detailed planning, actively monitors progress, identifies risks, and course-corrects to maintain project momentum. They are also responsible for managing external vendors or freelancers, maintaining project documentation, and leading kickoffs, stand-ups, and regular status touchpoints.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, brings a strong understanding of production workflows, and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while keeping teams focused, informed, and supported. Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projects
• Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com
• Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print, digital, social, design)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across campaigns, content, digital assets and brand initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones, deliverables and deadlines
• Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on track
• Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillars—marketing, operations and commercialization—translating needs in both directions
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Manage risks, escalate issues, and course correct as needed
• Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed
• Maintain documentation, briefs and timelines in Monday.com
• Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups and recurring status meetings

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.  This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
