Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GRC & Cyber Awareness Analyst, with partial work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assessing information security risks, creating awareness programs, conducting risk analysis, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in GRC / Information Security — mandatory
• Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including phishing and employee training — mandatory
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities
• Experience in drafting policies, procedures, and risk management documentation — mandatory
• Strong familiarity with GDPR, Israeli Privacy Protection Law, ISO27001 and financial compliance requirements — mandatory
• Experience conducting internal audits, reporting to management, and tracking remediation progress — mandatory
