Job Brief
Every day, we hear from users who’ve regained control over their lives, work, and well-being thanks to Nerivio. Now we’re looking for a Retention Growth Manager to ensure those life-changing results last, turning first-time users into lifelong believers and advocates. This is a critical growth role that connects marketing, product, and data to drive user retention, adherence, and lifetime value. You’ll lead the post-acquisition experience, designing intelligent, emotionally resonant, and data-driven communication that helps users stay engaged and consistent with their treatment.
You’ll operate at the center of Theranica’s growth engine, and your impact will be directly measured, optimized, and held to aggressive performance targets.
Responsibilities and Authorities
- Drive retention growth through personalized, multi-channel CRM programs (in-app, email, SMS, push) that increase adherence, refill rates, and satisfaction.
- Constantly optimize in-app engagement, onboarding, habit loops, and refill journeys.
- Build win-back and reactivation journeys that re-engage inactive users and boost revenue.
- Experiment continuously: A/B test messaging, segmentation, and automation flows to find what truly drives behavior.
- Create inspiring and supportive programs and communications that empower users to stay consistent with their migraine treatment.
- Leverage AI tools for smarter targeting and personalization, delivering the right message, to the right user, at the right time.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to identify behavioral triggers and design smart interventions that prevent churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing to align retention initiatives with company goals and voice of the user.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within digital health or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-informed strategy.
- Fluent in CRM and automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, or others - preferably Intercom).
- Analytical and creative: comfortable moving between data dashboards and human storytelling.
- Native-level English and exceptional writing skills.
- Passionate about using marketing to improve lives, not just metrics.
Nice to Have
- HTML/CSS or SQL familiarity.
- Experience in health-tech, wellness, or regulated industries.
