We are looking for an experienced Head of Algorithms to lead our applied AI initiatives. You will drive the development of production-grade NLP and LLM-powered features based on recent advances in deep learning. Recent projects include a customer-facing deep research chatbot, evaluating multiple LLM, domain-specific fine-tuning, and multimodal AI capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on product innovation and the company’s AI strategy.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 6 algorithm engineers to design, implement, and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Remain actively involved in hands-on development and problem solving.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, production-ready algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
• Own the algorithms roadmap and drive technical execution.
• Review and guide system design, research approaches, and implementation choices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in applied ML/DL, including 1+ year with LLMs.
• 3+ years of experience leading algorithm or ML teams.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building AI products in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent).
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering. M.Sc is an advantage.

Advantage

Hands-on experience with modern LLM frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, or similar.
