Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and act as a bridge between R&D, DevOps, and business teams. In this role, you will help bring structure, alignment, and strategic direction to our DevOps operations, working closely with the DevOps team lead to ensure our infrastructure and processes scale smoothly to meet the company's growth and technical needs. You will also lead cross functional projects, connecting technology, product, and business initiatives to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage multiple cross functional projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Directly manage the DevOps team lead, providing strategic direction, setting clear priorities, and ensuring that infrastructure and operational processes scale efficiently with the company’s growth.
• Provide a strategic, big picture perspective to DevOps initiatives, ensuring infrastructure and processes support scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with R&D and product teams to synchronize timelines, resources, and expectations across the organization.
• Define and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to remove blockers and maintain progress.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.

Who you are:

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager/ Technical Program Manager/ Delivery Manager or similar role in a tech company.
• Understanding Cloud environments & DevOps tools
• Proven Experience in project management
• Experience working closely with DevOps teams, with a solid understanding of infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives on bringing clarity and structure to dynamic environments.
• Experience in AdTech- a huge advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
