We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate product vision into high-quality, user-focused software.

This role requires strong decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to deliver reliable, intuitive products that align with both business goals and customer needs. This is a hybrid position based at our clients Downtown Phoenix office.

Essential Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prioritize features and stories within sprints to deliver maximum value.
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined, understood, and properly estimated.
• Facilitate sprint planning, discovery sessions, and the translation of requirements into actionable user stories.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work cross-functionally to ensure features meet customer needs and deadlines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
• Partner with development, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality and consistency.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends, web and API technologies, and Agile best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, product performance, and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in business process and requirements analysis.
• Strong understanding of API and web application development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and web usability.
• Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Some travel may be required.
