Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Board Designer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex electronic circuit boards, from concept to production, while working closely with software, mechanical, and system engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multilayer PCBs for digital, analog, and mixed-signal systems.
• Design FPGA based digital circuits.
• Create and verify FPGA design using hardware description languages (HDL)
• Work closely with software & control engineers to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform design reviews, documentation, and updates according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM/DFT compliance.
• Support prototype bring-up and debugging.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in board design, preferably in multidisciplinary or defense-related systems.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMC, and thermal design considerations.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced R&D environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
