About the Role

Grow by Albara is looking for a creative content creator to produce organic short-form video content for our course and social channels. You will write short scripts, record using your mobile phone, and appear in the videos. The goal is to create simple, clear, and engaging educational content.

Responsibilities

• Write short, clear scripts for course and social media content.
• Record videos using your mobile phone (no professional camera needed).
• Appear in the videos with confident, clean delivery.
• Edit videos (CapCut or similar) or coordinate with an editor.
• Research new ideas that fit the course topics and the audience.
• Work closely with Albara to keep the style simple and effective.

Requirements

• Based in Jordan.
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking clearly.
• Experience creating short-form content; portfolio required.
• Ability to simplify ideas and present them in a clean, direct way.
• Basic editing skills on mobile apps.
• Creative, reliable, and able to produce consistent weekly content.
• Arabic and English are a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Background or interest in entrepreneurship or content education.
• Ability to propose new content formats and ideas.
