Job Description
Two (2) or more years in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels.
- PMP Certification
- CSM Certification
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Project
- 1 years’ experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-year IT or transit program initiatives, including the implementation of cloud-based software solutions.
- Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply hybrid approaches to meet project goals and timelines.
- Experience working on state, regional, or local government projects, with familiarity in public sector processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication within public sector or regional government environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in risk, issue, and resource management, including budget oversight and mitigation planning for high-impact initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change and process improvement efforts within PMO or enterprise-level programs.
