About the position

We are looking for a talented Team Lead to establish and lead our data pipelines team focused on data collection and delivery in our solution. This is a hands-on leadership role, blending deep technical expertise with team-building and strategic thinking. You will work closely with architects to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring high performance and efficiency in both cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and field engineering teams, experiencing the excitement of seeing your ideas deployed in real environments and driving meaningful impact. You will become part of an R&D organization determined to be on the forefront of the AI revolution.

What will you do

• Lead a strong technical team
• Manage and develop the sensor - our data collection entity and the Hybrid - our edge server.
• Manage the data pipeline and lead the development of a Data Fetcher component to be deployed in either cloud or customer on-premise environments.
• Oversee remote management and deployment processes for sensors and Edge servers at customer sites.
• Research, Experiment and deploy new technologies to allow data collection from a multitude of resources facing challenging constraints.
• Ensure seamless integration with multi-cloud environments, APIs, and customer-specific systems.
• Develop solutions that meet SaaS standards while maintaining true on-premises functionality.
• Optimize system performance (RPM, CPU usage) to ensure efficient use of resources without scaling infrastructure unnecessarily.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience in a management role, including ownership of architectural decision-making.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in several of the following technologies and domains:
• Golang
• Kubernetes
• eBPF
• Networking / Communications
• AWS, Azure, GCP
• DevOps practices
• Low-level programming
• Design and implementation of time-critical systems
• Experience or a strong interest in integrating AI into your development workflow to boost productivity and innovation.
• A genuine passion for technology and a drive to solve complex challenges.
• A leader who leads by example—comfortable contributing directly to the codebase and influencing key architectural directions.
