Job Description: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Savannah, GA (100% Onsite)

Start Date: December 15, 2025

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Type: W-2 Contractor

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Process all customer shipments from the Savannah site and associated 3PLs using SAP and Plant Inventory Systems
Manage receipts and transfers of finished goods at 3PL warehouse locations
Maintain, store, and manage record retention of shipping documents
Participate as an active team member in the monthly closing cycle
Support audit preparation activities (Transportation Distribution Safety, ISO, Responsible Care, etc.)
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations
Ensure all system entries accurately reflect the physical inbound material movement
Provide backup support to other Supply Chain roles as needed

Experience:

3+ years of supply chain and logistics experience
2+ years of hands-on SAP experience
Background in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and scheduling
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems related to logistics, planning, and product delivery
Proficiency with MS Excel or similar database tools
Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, business units, and external partners
No additional exams except standard drug screening
