Job description

As a Pre-Sale Cloud Architect at Direct Experts (DEX), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and accelerating cloud adoption across Azure and multi-cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the right technical solution, planning consumption and licensing, and writing high-level Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure smooth project delivery. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll translate business challenges into actionable architectures, anticipate risks, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the presales process. In addition, you will lead webinars, roundtable events, and other knowledge-sharing activities to showcase DEX’s expertise and promote technical excellence in Cloud, IT, Cybersecurity, and AI, strengthening our position as a trusted technology partner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, cloud and hybrid infrastructure technologies, design, architecture, migration and management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale application portfolios and cloud-native app hosting.
• Proficiency in Azure services Or equivalent compete clouds:
• AI: Azure AI Foundry
• Apps: AKS (Kubernetes), App Service
• Data: Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Databases, PostgreSQL
• Developer: GitHub
• DevOps skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
