Site Reliability Engineer

Site Reliability Engineer | $544 p/day | 6-months (Initially) | Northern District

We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain large scale on premise infrastructure across several data center locations.

This role focuses on ensuring high service availability and driving automation with a complex engineering environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain availability and stability of on-prem engineering systems across multiple data center locations
• Ensure environments remain prepared and performant for internal engineering workloads
• Uphold SLAs for critical services through effective monitoring, alerting, and rapid incident response
• Improve system visibility by enhancing metrics pipelines and developing targeted alerting rules.
• Support automation of operational workflows using Python, Go, Bash, or Jenkins
• Handle escalated infrastructure issues and respond to key alerts

Required experience:

• 5+ years' experience in SITE
• Experience with Baremetal data center machine management tools like IPMI, Redfish etc.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, MySQL, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK
• Exposure to specialized hardware (e.g., GPUs or embedded compute devices) is beneficial
