System Analyst

📣 We’re Hiring! Systems Analyst for a Major Financial Institution

A leading financial organization is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a dynamic digital technology environment and take part in complex, high-impact projects.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv + occasional presence in Lod

🕓 Employment: Full-time

🌐 Hybrid: 1 remote workday per week

• Writing high-level and detailed functional specifications for complex business processes
• Designing and specifying end-to-end solutions, including:
• API, UI, mobile, and business logic layers
• Integrations with core banking systems and databases
• Working with cloud-based and open environments
• Understanding inter-server processes and architecture
• Working within an Agile SCRUM team alongside developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment with challenging timelines

• 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis and writing functional & technical specifications
• 3 years of experience in specifying MS-based systems
• 3 years of experience with REST API design and strong understanding of Swagger
• 3 years of experience designing solutions involving DB integrations
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong experience working in cross-functional teams (development, QA, business)

• Experience working in a financial institution
• Experience writing complex DB queries
• Hands-on experience with JSON
• Experience authoring Swagger documentation
• Experience working with JIRA

• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Quick adaptability to change
