Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Corporate FP&A professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role will provide insights that influence key business decisions and support EON’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning and analysis processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform business decisions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of financial reporting.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and the board, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with FP&A tools or ERP systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
