Job Description:

We at Edikted are seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of influencer coordinators, oversee projects, and drive performance across social media platforms.

This role involves managing daily operations, setting clear goals, and ensuring all campaigns and initiatives meet brand objectives and timelines. You’ll motivate and guide your team to success, track performance metrics, and develop strategies to maximize growth, engagement, and results on both platforms.

We’re looking for a strong leader who is results-driven, organized, analytical, and passionate about influencer marketing and Gen Z culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to inspire others, and can lead a team toward shared goals while driving measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of influencer coordinators working across social media.
• Oversee all influencer campaigns and projects from planning and outreach to execution and performance tracking.
• Strategize to drive platform growth, engagement, and visibility through influencer activations.
• Analyze team and platform performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, communication, and collaboration within the team.
• Work with other team leaders to align influencer strategies with brand and campaign goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development to support team growth and success.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or team leadership.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team — must.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of social media and Gen Z social trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
