Role Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Data Engineer to architect and maintain our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis capabilities across our platform. As part of our growing R&D team, you'll collaborate closely with senior technical leaders to build robust data pipelines and drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines supporting our core healthcare solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain database architectures
• Partner with senior leadership (CTO and VP of Architecture) to drive technical strategy
• Design and deploy comprehensive reporting systems and analytics dashboards
• Ensure data integrity through backup systems and monitoring protocols
• Provide expert data analysis support to R&D and implementation teams
• Maintain version control and deployment processes across multiple environments

Technical Environment

• Database Systems: MariaDB and MongoDB
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS ecosystem (RDS and DocumentDB)
• Development Tools: SQL and modern development frameworks
• Analytics: Reporting and dashboard development platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Strong background in both development and infrastructure
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with MariaDB and MongoDB databases
• AWS services expertise (RDS and DocumentDB)
• Proficiency in reports and dashboards development
• Collaborative mindset with strong team orientation as well ability to work independently
