Akamai, through our dynamic team formed from the Noname and Neosec acquisitions, is transforming the way web APIs are protected and monitored.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our product development and GTM efforts, focusing on the API Security deployments and traffic integrations domains.

Achieve high-impact milestones contributing to our success

You will join our product development GTM efforts across the entire spectrum of API Security product execution. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to understand problems, personas and gather feedback. As a Product Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

• Driving the traffic integrations strategy, covering cloud-native, runtime SDKs, and agent-based (eBPF) collection methods
• Leading the deployment strategy across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and frictionless installation of all API Security components
• Working directly with customers and the field to understand technical gaps, problems, and gather feedback.
• Collaborating with engineering to define and deliver new features.
• Collaborating with technical alliance partners to build and enhance deployment options and integrations.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a strong technical background (DevOps or software development experience)
• Bring 3+ years of product management experience in a technical cybersecurity domain
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, in English and in Hebrew.
• Have an analytical mindset and phenomenal problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate confidence in communication skills and be able to prioritize quickly and correctly.
• Be a creative thinker, with an exceptional eye for details and design.
• Know how to cut through the noise and prioritize quickly and correctly
