Chargeflow is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer with proven experience implementing brand identity across various platforms. We need a professional who thrives in designing web pages, landing pages, ads, newsletters, social media, and more. Motion design expertise is a huge bonus.

Your Arena - Know your impact 💥

• Hands-on design and execution of web pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that align with Chargeflow’s brand vision and goals.
• Create a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, email templates, newsletters, social media graphics, blogs headers, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables, ensuring cohesive visuals across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and creative) to deliver innovative and impactful designs.
• Bonus: Utilize motion design skills to create engaging animations and dynamic visuals for videos, ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to elevate Chargeflow’s visual presence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with precision.
  
  

Requirements:

What It Takes

• 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials and brand implementation across platforms - Must (experience in high-tech or startup environments preferred).
• Expertise in web design, including landing pages and conversion-focused marketing campaigns - Must
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
• Bonus: Proficiency in motion design tools and 3D modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
