Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Program Manager to lead multiple activities within the R&D organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management, PLM, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries to customers.

• Software Release Management: Lead and track software release execution. Monitor planned deliveries, issues, timelines, and release notes. Identify and remove roadblocks, provide mitigation plans, and continually improve release and development processes for efficiency and quality
• Bug Lifecycle Management: Oversee the bug lifecycle for hundreds of field-reported defects. Coordinate activities across multiple R&D teams, follow up on prioritization and progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
• KPI Infrastructure: Establish the infrastructure for measuring R&D KPIs. Define and communicate indicators to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Roadmap Contribution: Play a key role in shaping the organizational roadmap and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  

• Program management experience in software and/or hardware development
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and bug lifecycle
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a global, multi-site environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing expectations of stakeholders and executives
  

• High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Understanding of cellular network components and architecture
• Experience working with Kubernetes-based systems
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
