Financial Controller JB-3939

A fast growing international beauty brand is seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to oversee and manage our company's financial operations.

In this role you will:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.

Manage cash flow and liquidity, while optimizing working capital.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes

Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure compliance with local and international regulations and financial reporting standards.

Provide detailed financial analysis and recommendations for financial optimization.

Implementation of monthly inventory audit, prices audit and COGS calculation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

2+ years of experience in financial management or accounting. Experience in retail, ore-commerce industries is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Priority software - a must

Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Strong focus on accuracy and consistency, with an ability to maintain high standards in

financial reporting and compliance.

Ability to identify financial issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement effective changes.
