Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced System Team Leader to manage and operate enterprise infrastructure environments.
The role includes leading System, DevOps, and DBA teams, overseeing databases and storage systems, managing backups and recovery processes, handling complex incidents, and driving optimization for system performance and stability.
You will also lead large-scale infrastructure projects, manage external vendors, and advance DevOps practices across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams in a large organization.
- Experience managing an integration team – strong advantage.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, databases, storage, and backup technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and related technologies.
