As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, You Will

• Build scalable, E2E, enterprise-grade solutions for Gong’s biggest customers.
• Design authentication, authorization, and data access mechanisms that balance security, usability, and flexibility.
• Solve complex system design challenges to deliver rich functionality while ensuring reliability, performance, and an outstanding experience.

You Should Apply If You Are

• A software engineer with 7+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
• Someone with an understanding of full system flows from frontend to backend, with an emphasis on scale and security.
• Proficient with React or similar web frameworks, state management, and web build tools.
• Skilled in backend development (Java / Go / NodeJS), including API implementation and relational databases.
• Someone with a deep understanding of API design, security best practices, and developer experience.
• A quality-minded engineer who emphasizes automated tests across all layers.
