Business Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize day-to-day Revenue Operations and FinOps activities. This is a hands-on role focused on executing operational tasks, improving processes, and maintaining high data quality. Working closely with Salesforce and related data systems, you’ll help build workflows, manage documentation, and ensure smooth, coordinated operations across business teams.

What you’ll do

• Review and maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasting data.
• Partner with Sales to ensure accurate and up-to-date opportunity information.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic Salesforce configurations.
• Ensure data hygiene, structure, and consistency for forecasting and operational needs.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales teams.
• Support quote-to-cash and FinOps processes, including deal validation, billing and revenue reporting, renewals tracking, and data alignment across CRM and financial systems.
• Assist with general financial and administrative processes (expenses, travel, insurance, employee reports) using tools like NetSuite, HiBob, and others.

What you bring

• 2–4+ years in Financial Ops, RevOps, or Business Ops in a tech environment.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Solid analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM reporting.
• Familiarity with sales and financial processes (bookings, billing, MRR/ARR, renewals).
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations across GTM systems.
• Interest in AI tools and models.
