Project Manager Technology & CRM-Jerusalem

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead national technology projects in the CRM domain using Salesforce. The role includes managing project deliverables, coordinating multiple teams, working with vendors, engaging with clients, analyzing business processes, and defining complex systems.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience managing CRM projects, including leading development teams, implementation, testing, team coordination, and vendor management.
• 1 year of experience managing and leading projects on the Salesforce platform.
• 4 years of experience analyzing complex systems, conducting requirement sessions, business process analysis, and writing technical and business specification documents.
• Understanding of relational data models, ERD creation, flowcharts, and interface design between systems.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas, Reports & Dashboards, Lightning Pages.
• Familiarity with Salesforce permissions model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)- advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT fields or related, or diploma plus relevant courses in Information Systems.
