Technical Support and Field Technician

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Technical Support and Field Technician to join our Support & Operations department. This role combines hands-on technical work, end-user support, and responsibility for maintaining and deploying endpoint infrastructure across multiple branches.

Reporting to: Support and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and prepare end-user computing stations prior to deployment (desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, etc.)

• Handle equipment logistics, including pickup, return, recycling, and documentation

• Maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware components

• Deploy and manage workstation configurations (images), BIOS updates, driver updates, and periodic configuration refresh

• Support Windows 10/11 environments, including system upgrades across branches

• Map user needs and adjust configurations according to different user groups

• Maintain accurate records and technical documentation

• Support printers, print servers, and related infrastructure

Required Professional Experience

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Must

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 workstations - Must

• Hands-on experience with printers and print servers - Must

• Ability to write and maintain scripts - Must

• Familiarity with communication systems, firewalls, Citrix, and driver management - Must

• Good understanding of BigFix or similar endpoint management platforms - Must

• Experience with SysAid or similar IT service management tools - Must

• Familiarity with medical information systems

• Experience with queue management systems

• Basic support knowledge of medical systems
